1.1.This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the «Policy») applies to user personal data that Timsoh LLC (hereinafter — «Timsoh») may receive while users are browsing the Timsoh website (hereinafter — the «Website»). Before using the Website, users must read this Policy.

1.2.By using the Website, users agree to this Policy, as well as its terms and conditions for processing their personal data. In case of a disagreement with this Policy, users must stop using the Website.

2.1. According to the Website purpose, the following user data may be processed in an automated mode:

a) personal data that the users provide themselves when browsing the Website (for example, when filling out a feedback form): last name, first name, patronymic; company name and job title; email address; phone number.

b) data that is automatically transferred to Timsoh during the Website browsing by users: information about the user device (browser type and version, operating system, IP address; data on user actions on the Website, including transitions between pages, duration of stay on pages, visit date and time; cookies.

3.1. Personal data processing is intended to let users access and use the Website functionality, improve UX, and conduct statistical and other research. Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the above purposes.

4.1. User personal data is processed pursuant to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On Personal Data» and other regulations governing personal data security, in particular:

4.1.1. Timsoh takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to ensure the protection and confidentiality of user personal data.

4.1.2. Personal data is processed only upon the user’s consent. If no consent is given, the use of the Website may be limited.

4.2. Timsoh may transfer user personal data to third parties provided that the user has granted their consent thereto, or provided that such transfer is required by a court decision or the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Timsoh reserves the right to amend this Policy at its own discretion and without user consent, including, but not limited to, cases where such amendments are due to changes in the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan governing personal data processing and the use of the Website. Amendments shall take effect, and the previous version of the Policy shall expire, three days after such amendments are posted on the Website. If the user does not agree with the amendments, he/she must stop all use of the Website.
